Return and Refund Policy
- You have the right to exchange or return a product ordered from the e-shop within 14 days. The 14-day deadline starts from the receipt of the product.
- The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
- The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- The principle of returning the goods is that the return is made in the same way as the goods were delivered to the buyer, i.e., by courier from door to door.
- Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified are not eligible for return.
- To obtain return instructions, please send an email to info@eclatjewelry.com, stating:
- Buyer’s name
- Order number
- Product code(s) of the item(s) being returned, in case of partial return
- Product code of the new item in case of exchange
- Reason for return (to improve service quality)
- Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 working days (from the receipt of the return confirmation).
- The sold products are subject to a 2-year deadline for submitting complaints provided for in § 218 (2) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
- A claim is not justified if the discovered defects are due to the fault of the buyer.
- According to § 222 (1) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the customer has the right to demand the repair or replacement of the product in case of non-compliance with the contractual terms.
- The seller is not responsible for damages caused by the improper use of ordered products, as well as for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control or due to force majeure.
- Defect-free products are not eligible for return.
